Shipping & delivery
Every order ships from our Islamabad warehouse. Here is exactly what to expect once you have paid.
Dispatch time
Orders placed before 4pm on a working day are dispatched the same day. Anything later goes out the next working day. You will get an email the moment your order leaves the warehouse.
Delivery options and cost
Standard delivery is Rs 250 and arrives in 3-5 working days anywhere in Pakistan. Express delivery is Rs 650 and reaches Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Lahore and Karachi the next working day. Standard delivery is free on orders over Rs 50,000.
Tracking your order
Sign in and open Orders in your account to see the current status of every order you have placed. Order confirmation and dispatch emails are sent to the address on the order.
Delivery address changes
We cannot change the address once an order has been dispatched. If it has not shipped yet, cancel it from your account and place a new order with the correct address.
